BloomieNest – Returns & Refunds

At BloomieNest, your comfort and satisfaction are our priority. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully, as it applies to our personal wellness products.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 to 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Note: For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, as appropriate.

How to Return

  • Only returns approved by us will be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
