Returns

You may request a return within 7 to 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Note: For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.

Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, as appropriate.

Refunds

Cancellations
